Having just recently moved to the area, Stuart Cluckie, Director at Cluckie, Paterson & Harle Brokers has been looking for local business networks and events to attend and is delighted to signup to Oban Business Club.
By way of introduction, Stuart provides some background to his business and some personal interests.
Insurance Brokers
Cluckie, Paterson & Harle Brokers Ltd, has been established as an expansion of the original partnership of Cluckie & Paterson Insurance Brokers formed by Mike Paterson and myself in 2017.
CPH Brokers are specialist business insurance brokers. Mike Paterson and James Harle are based in Angus and I live on the Isle of Seil.
I have been in the insurance industry for 17 years and my core role has always been dedicated to client service making myself available to my clients when required.
I started off my insurance career working within the Perth Agency of NFU Mutual. After gaining experience in account and claims handling, I became a Partner within the Perth Agency in December 2006.
In 2017, I gained my Diploma in Insurance. I have always been committed to providing tailored, professional insurance advice and a local service to all clients, existing and new, and I take great pride in establishing strong working relationships.
During my time with NFU Mutual I gained a great deal of experience in Commercial & Agricultural Insurance, as well as gaining experience of small to medium sized businesses of all descriptions.
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, playing golf (badly) and watching St. Johnstone when time allows. With two young children to look after this isn’t very often!
Stuart has kindly offered for Cluckie, Paterson & Harle Brokers to sponsor a coffee morning once lockdown in eased, but in the meantime, will be on hand if any local businesses would like any independent advice regarding their insurances.
