The Oban Games, returns this month and will celebrate its 150th anniversary, on Thursday August 26th at Mossfield Stadium.

The Games will start with the famous march of the Stewards and Pipe Band from Station Square at 10.30am on what is sure to be an eventful day of athletics, dancing and piping competitions.

Other highlights include world-class pipers, the Hill Race, the Tug of War, fun races for all ages and enjoying tasty local food and drink.

Visitors can also enjoy the heritage tent to gain an insight into Argyll’s past, present and future.
