BLEND YOUR OWN PERFECT SCOTTISH GIN

Our guide will help you become master of gin blending using the contents of our bespoke Drinks Cabinet.

• Spend 90 minutes learning the skills of gin blending, and make your very own gin, exactly to your own tastes.
• During this time, you will learn all about the origins and history of gin and how it is distilled and produced.
• The experience begins with a taste of gin in its purest juniper form and from there we will teach you about a variety of botanicals, what they contribute to a spirit and their flavour profiles.
• Using our special ‘Tree of Taste’, you will be guided through the blending process and encouraged to create a gin flavoured to your own preference.
• After blending your own creation, you will name, bottle, label, and seal your spirit ready to take home with you.
• With your remaining gin, we will help you create your own drinks by giving you the best tips and recommendations for garnishes to suit your creation, which you can enjoy before you go.
